You can optionally connect your eBay account so finished listings are sent to your eBay account as drafts, not published listings — nothing goes live on eBay without your own separate confirmation there.

2. Accuracy of generated content

Listing content, condition assessments, and suggested prices are generated automatically and are estimates, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for reviewing every generated listing — including the grade, condition description, key-issue claims, and price — before posting it or sending it to eBay. We are not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate automated content, including but not limited to overgraded or undergraded books, incorrect publisher or issue information, or pricing that does not reflect actual market value at the time of sale.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure.
You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Connecting eBay

If you connect your eBay account, you authorize us to access only what's needed to identify your account, read your shipping/payment/return policies, and create draft listings on your behalf — never to publish a listing or access anything beyond that scope. You can disconnect your eBay account at any time from your account settings. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and top-ups

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
You can cancel or change your plan at any time through the billing portal in your account — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Template top-up packs are one-time purchases that add extra templates for your current billing cycle.
