Do I have to type in the title, issue number, and grade myself?
No — that's the point. Upload a clear photo of the cover and Key Issue identifies the title, issue, publisher, and condition on its own. You can still type it in by hand if you'd rather.
Do I need a CGC or CBCS account to use Key Issue?
No. Key Issue works with raw, ungraded books as well as CGC, CBCS, and PGX slabs — just tell it which one you have.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract. Cancel from your account whenever you want — no phone call required.
Does connecting my eBay account give Key Issue full access to it?
No. Key Issue only requests the specific permissions needed to create draft listings, and nothing goes live until you confirm it yourself on eBay.
What if Key Issue can't find sold comps for my book?
It says so plainly and gives you a general estimate instead of a confident-sounding guess — you'll never see a fabricated price presented as real market data.
What happens to the cover photos I upload?
They're used only to identify the book and pull out details like title, issue number, and grade. They aren't stored beyond that.
Do I need to be a high-volume seller to use this?
